This is a weekly gentle 60-75 min Ashtanga Yoga class in modified form that also includes meditation and simple breathing techniques (pranayama).
No previous knowledge of yoga is required. PLEASE ALWAYS REGISTER UNTIL WEDNESDAY OF THE CURRENT WEEK.
This is a special donation-based class and ALL funds go to charity. The recommended donation is between 15 and 40 CHF. Of course you can also contribute more to support an organization.
