Meditation Circles

These 2 hour circles provide a safe and nurturing platform to share, to connect with people, to open up your heart
and simply to be yourself.

We explore techniques that assist you to strengthen the connection to your true authentic self and your intuition. We also use guided meditations,
playful drawing, writing and colouring to engage and reconnect with the tremendously powerful centre of your creativity and self-expression.
